A retreat to come work on resonating with your soulmate clients, restore yourself with some fun and relaxation and connect with others to work on your business.
You will walk away from this experience with progress on your business, mindset shifts, new branding photos and maybe some new friends!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Stef has chosen a beautiful, photo worthy location at a resort in Vernon. See it here. The building for the retreat has beautiful spots but also included at the resort are walking trails, a tunnel, boardwalks, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs all nestled lake side. We will be just a short drive away from Sparkling Hill Resort and various wineries.
GROUP COACHING
We will set some intentions for the weekend plus you will have access to Stef within a group setting for all your personal branding and business questions during the group working time (approx 4-5hrs total). **
**Please note this is not a 1:1 focus strategy session and your time is shared with others.
COLLABORATION & MASTERMIND
You will be in a room with other brilliant entrepreneurs to bounce your ideas off, get feedback and even create collaborations.
CUSTOM HYPNOSIS MEDITATION EXPERIENCE
Stef will guide you through a custom written hypnosis meditation to help solidify your goals and gain clarity while providing a refreshing and relaxing experience.
BRANDING PHOTOS
Stef will be taking numerous photos of you throughout the experience - including candid images, posed headshots and lifestyle imagery. We will have dedicated time to taking some images so each person gets a huge variety of imagery they can use for their social media & websites.
Included is your choice of 10 images with option to purchase extra.
MEALS
Lunches on Saturday & Sunday will be provided as vote by the group.
There is a kitchen if you'd like to prepare other meals for yourself and many restaurants nearby.
ACCOMODATIONS
Apply for a spot (only 2-3 available) below at additional cost.
All other attendees may book accommodations nearby.
Location is at Outback Lakeside Vacation Homes, they have other spots available so you are close or look up something nearby.
EXTRAS
With this intimate setting, there's a chance for amazing conversations even outside of the work hours.
Plus Stef will probably bring some oracle cards and other fun stuff based on how the weekend unfolds.
All guests will get a welcome gift.

As this is a launch experience, the energy exchange is only $600+gst.
Early bird - book before Feb 15 and save $50.
Soulmate Client Society Circle members save an additional $50.

7-9pm. Arrival, Come say hi and settle into your accommodations, get a few evening photos
FRIDAY
Doors open at 9am
10am - Welcome, Group Coaching, Intentions, Introductions
10:30-12 - Working time, collaborations, group coaching, "working" photos
12:30 - Lunch
1:00 - Wrap up what you're working on for the day
2pm - Go have fun! *
SATURDAY
Doors open at 9am
10am - Group walk to go get photos done
11am - Meditation/Hypnosis
12pm lunch
1pm-2pm - working time, collaborations
2:30 (ish) - go have fun!
SUNDAY
Doors open at 9:00am
Finish up what you need to for the weekend
11am - Depart
*it is encouraged to work, collaborate and have fun together even after the dedicated time.

APPLY FOR A SPOT
You will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
Stef will be using various candid photos (including group shots) for marketing purposes.
Deposit is $150 and non-refundable (unless cancelled by host)
Host will only cancel if minimum requirements are not met, no later than April 1.
Final amount payment due April 22, 2023.
Please note Stef's dog will likely be there.
Please consider this if you aren't a dog person as she likes to be included. :)
TERMS
What if I can't come for the whole weekend?
Priority will be given to those who can to book first.
Then if there is space left you can contact Stef to figure out an arrangement.
Can I bring someone?
If you would like to experience the resort with your family or partner, I recommend booking your own spot at the resort itself. My rental only maxes out at 10 so that might go for how many guests are at the resort as well.
