Personal Branding tips to feel more like “you” and less like the internet on repeat.

February 6, 2026

With an internet full of a lot of… well… crap, how do you manage to stay engaged and provide value to your audience without just adding to the noise? Because as we’ve noticed a huge shift in the internet in the last few months as in people just don’t want to scroll and consume as much.

It’s exhausting.

Something that used to be fun for many is turning into a chore or not as fun anymore. But any content creation is still relevant in building your personal brand. People are still looking and still consuming, we just need to be more intentional.

So how do be more intentional, more authentic, without adding to the seemingly growing collection of repeated same-same content and noise?

You have to stop trying to be like everyone else and focus on what you can personally to add genuine, good, converting content.

Here are 5 ways you can do that:

  1. Figure out your brand values. Then align them in your content, purpose and offers. Starting there will keep you focused on how you operate, not how everyone else does.

  2. Use real photos of you instead of questionable AI ones. If you want to get creative with AI – do it with intention and make it obvious. No one likes to feel fooled or like they don’t know the real you. (Gives catfishing vibes)

  3. Create content when you have things to say to your audience, not just to fill space. If you find there are big gaps, then create when you feel good about it and then schedule to post to space it out.

  4. Extend your personal brand to in person events. You should be able to reproduce the overall essence of who you are in the same way online and offline. Doing this will help you steer clear of falling into trendy traps and be more yourself.

  5. Remember to go touch grass. It’s good for you and we could always use some grounding. 😜

These things will not only help you connect to your soulmate clients, it will make the process more aligned to you, and possibly even more fun to create.
