Crystal and I met through her husband’s family. A decade (!!!) ago, her mother in law hired me to do an extended family photo session. At this time Crystal and her husband weren’t married yet but we got to know each other. Shortly after they hired me to photograph their wedding! Which was an amazing time at Whonnock lake in Maple Ridge.
Since then Crystal has moved up to the interior, started a family and has a thriving job in Procurement and Collaborative Project Delivery. She is on her way to doing some consulting of her own which I have no doubts she will excel at as well. Because of that, she reached out to me to be a part of my 30 female entrepreneurs program where I’m doing branding photos for a collection of amazing people and once it’s complete I’ll be featuring them all in a magazine and sharing their business stories.
For her branding photography session, we headed to Fort Langley. She was driving through on her way to the island so we needed a spot that would be warm, but still business friendly and work in any sort of weather. I love Fort Langley because it does have so many options for different backgrounds in a small area AND we did catch a tiny bit of rain so there’s places we were able to sneak under cover.
From brick walls to cute cafes and a row of coloured walls perfect for your personal brand, this is an excellent spot to shoot. Check out a few of my favourites from her session and get in touch to book yours!
